Our Head Chef, John Gross, is a Cordon Bleu graduate with previous experience at Disney’s prestigious Yacht and Beach Club. He works closely with all groups to design a unique menu that caters to their needs.

Outdoor Dining Venues

Many groups choose to host their meals in our main dining room that has panoramic views of Lake Ossipee. That said, we have a variety of outdoor dining locations that can take the form of anything from a casual barbeque to elegantly catered wedding.

Picky Eaters? No Problem.

We have extensive experience accommodating all dietary needs and do so with pleasure. In fact, during the summer months, we feed hundreds of campers who are rather discerning (picky) eaters.

With options such as chef attended carving stations alongside a sumptuous buffet, your guests will enjoy a delicious menu, creatively designed and prepared by John and his staff – with your personal touch and requests being an important part of the menu design.

Cocktail Hours

Cornhole before dinner anyone?

We allow groups who rent the facility exclusively to enjoy alcoholic beverages. While we don't serve alcohol, groups are able to bring their own if they choose.

Campfires, Stars, Memories. Check!

It's not really camp without a s'more and whether you like them burnt or golden brown we have them in spades. And, we might just have a super secret s'more recipe but you'll have to ask Anna.
